Floating ice brings danger for North China city

Sheets of ice float in the Wuhai section of Yellow River in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, Dec 18, 2010. As cold front hits the region, the Wuhai water area is facing a grim situation as the floating ice melts and floods.
