Ciroma, others should know when to quit, says Sully Abu

You know, this is a particularly silly season in our politics. We have got people who have a sense of entitlement. They believe that Nigeria belongs to them: that they are the ones who have been there, that they should dictate who should be what in this environment. So they find the debate curly and unacceptable, that somebody like Jonathan, who they see as quiet and reserved, who has not had the kind of pedigree that they had in politics is coming and supplanting them.
This is something they are finding difficult to accept. There is no way we have antagonized them. If anything, we have tried to show our opponents respect, because at the end of the day, we are still going to come back to ask for their support. When the president gets the nomination, we are still going to come back to people like Malam Adamu Ciroma, Atiku and so on to ask for their support to rally round our candidate.
