West Bromwich Albion manager Roberto Di Matteo
The Baggies have won at Arsenal and drawn away to Manchester United, and for 24 hours were lying in fourth spot after defeating Fulham 2-1 at the Hawthorns on Saturday.
But Di Matteo, whose side have a seven-match unbeaten run in all competitions stretching back two months to the end of August when they were beaten at Liverpool, has his feet firmly on the ground.
