A snow plough clears snow along Red square in central Moscow, December 9, 2010. The snowfall which started on Thursday, may cause a precipitation of up to a third of the monthly amount, said a source from Moscow regional weather service. The snow may further develop into sleet and rain later in the day that would cause dirty slush and slippery road.
