Blackpool overcome nine-man West Brom

Blackpool captain Charlie Adam celebrates putting Blackpool ahead in their 2-1 victory over West Bromwich
West Bromwich Albion missed out on moving up to fourth place in the English Premier League, after having two men sent off in a narrow 2-1 defeat at fellow-new boys Blackpool.
Roberto di Matteo's Albion side have been a revelation this season, with a win at Arsenal and a draw at Manchester United already under their belts.
However, they were always up against it on a wet night on England's north-west coast once Spanish defender Pablo Ibanez was sent off in the 11th-minute for denying striker DJ Campbell a goal-scoring opportunity in the penalty area.
Blackpool captain Charlie Adam scored the resulting spot-kick, although former England goalkeeper Scott Carson got both hands on his effort.
